Crockpot Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast2 T butter2 cans cream of chicken soup, (Healthy Choice)1 onion finley diced1 10oz package reduced fat refrigerator biscuits
Place Chicken, butter, soup, onion, and any veggies of choice into crock pot, add enough water to cover. Cook 4-6 hours on high, about 90minutes before serving, place torn pieces of biscuit dough on top, cook until no longer raw.
