Ingredients
1 Arnold's Multigrain Sandwich thin (both sides)2 tsp pizza sauce13 g mushrooms (1 full small mushroom)9 grams cheese (mozzarella, part-skim)--a pinch
Directions
Split open sandwich thin. Spread sauce, mushroom, and pinch of cheese. (Obviously, toppings can be changed--green peppers are good!) Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts and sides crisp a bit. For a smaller snack, use only 1 side of sandwich thin (halving nutrition information).
