Mackerel (fish), 3 oz Bread, wheat (including toast), 2 slice Egg, fresh, 1 large Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1tsp
combine ingredients together into a mixing bowl and make into patties, heat a frying pan (medium high) with canola oil (about 3 tbs) and cook on each side until golden brown or approximately 4 or 5 minutes each side
