Sweet and Sour sauce

2 tbsp Corn Starch1/2 cup Brown Sugar1/3 cup White Vinegar1 (13 - 16 oz can )Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice SAVE THE JUICE1 tbsp Soy Sauce1 large Peppers red or green (any color sweet pepper)
mix corn starch and brown sugar together. Add vinegar and juice from pineapple and soy sauce. mix well. Cook over medium high heat until it starts to boil and turns 'clear'. Cook for 1 more minute. Turn off heat, added chunk pineapple and chunks of pepper, mix and serve with your favorite meat.
