Quinces a la Roumanie

Ingredients
3 ripe quinces, sliced3 tbsp sesame oil (can very well be olive oil)2 tbsp flour3 tbsp sugarvanilla essencecinamonwhite wine (optional)
Directions
You slice the quinces into 1 cm thick slices and fry them for a couple of minutes in the oil. Add the 3 tbsp of sugar, about 1 cup of water or the soup from boiling some veggies (WITHOUT the veggies) and optionally the white wine (about half a cup).
Leave it to boil for about 5 min, then add the flour and mxi until the sauce has the consistency of sour cream. Turn off the gas cooker and add the vanilla and the cinamon according to your taste.

It can be served hot or cold as dressing for stakes or very easilly alone.
