Apple and Raisin Bakes

4 small Granny Smith apples1/2 cup raisins3 tablespoons all-purpose flour3/4 cup Splenda for baking, divided1 tablespoon cinnamon, divided1 pack reduced fat grands biscuits (8 biscuits and 5 biscuits)1 tablespoon butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel, core, and slice apples. Place apples, raisins, flour, 1/4 cup of the sugar and 1 teaspoon fo the cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Microwave apple mixture on high for 4 min. Mix well. Separate biscuits and roll each into a 5-inch circle. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Melt butter in seperate bowl. Seperate filling onto each biscuit. Gather up edges over the filling, pinching lightly to seal. Holding filled biscuits at the sealed end and dip each biscuit into butter and then into cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place biscuits seam side down, into miffin pan. Cut an "X" through the top of each biscuit. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream as a dessert or have for breakfast.
