Microwave Apple Crisp

Ingredients
8 cups of Granny Smith apples8 graham crackers (8 sheets)3/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup quick oats1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup light butter
Directions
Peel, core, and slice apples. Coarsely chop graham crackers and place in bowl. Add Splenda brown sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon. Mix well. Melt butter in seperate bowl. Add butter to dry mixture and mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples. Microwave on High 14 to 16 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve warm topped with ice cream if desired.
