Teriyaki Burgers

Ingredients
1lb Hamburger meat (also works with ground turkey)~In the nutrional info I used 73% meat you can use whatever percent meat you like3TBSP Low sodium Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce4 Munster Cheese slices~I like the taste of this cheese with the teriyaki but you can use what ever cheese you like4 Whitewheat hamburger buns~again you can use what ever buns you like this is just what I used and is added in the nutritional info
Directions
You want to prepare your hamburger meat ahead of time to marinate the burgers.

In a large mixing bowl breakup your hamburger

Add in 3 tbsp of the Kikkoman sauce and mix well

should make 4 medium sized burgers

Just before removing from grill pt 1 slice of cheese and let it melt onto the burger

If you want you can also toast the buns on the grill gives it that good crunch

    I'm not so sure the nutritional info is correct that is way to low for the ingredients used. I used a pound of 96/4 and the calories per serving were 150 just for the beef. Not sure what happend but they would be higher than what is posted. - 9/23/09
