Darlene's Zucchini Bread - (1/2 inch slice = 1 serv)

Ingredients:3 Eggs2 cups Granulated Sugar1 cup Canola Oil1 lbs grated Zucchini2 cups Flour2 tsp Vanilla1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt3 tsp Cinnamon
Cream Eggs and Sugar in blender
Add Oil then add rest of ingrediants.
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake at 325 for an hour or more - usually more like 1 hour and 5 to 10 minutes.
(I usually double this recipe and make 3 loaves because this makes less than 2 loaves but more than one.)
The number of servings is for a loaf and a half because it makes more than one loaf.
