Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz. spaghetti1 lb. ground beef, extra lean 93%1 can v8 juice1 can diced tomatoes1 cup crushed tomatoes2 TBS tomato paste2 TBS oregano1 bay leaf1 TBS garlic powder1 TBS onion powdercrushed chili flakesfresh basilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown beef. Add tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, v8 juice, tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer for 30 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Mix pasta and meat sauce together. Makes 7 servings.
