brown rice with veggies

Ingredients
1 bag of steamfresh brown rice1 bag of steamfresh mixed vegetables1 can of campbells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup6 oz of 1%milkonions optionalgarlic to tastesalt and pepper to tasteolive oil 2 tsp
Directions
microwave all the frozen items and mix the soup and milk together and heat. saute the onions and garlic in olive oil and then add the cooked vegetables to this and mix throughly. add the rice and soup mixture and portion into 4 containers.
