4 Chicken Breasts (boneless)2 Cans corn1 Can black beans1 Jar (12oz?) salsa (favorite variety)Cheddar CheeseBrown Rice
Put chicken, corn, beans, and salsa in a crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Shred chicken breasts when done cooking. Serve over rice with cheese sprinkled on top.
