Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette (fat-free vegan)

Ingredients
2 T mashed roasted garlic2 T balsamic vinegar2 T mustard, any kind1/4 cup water, or as much as you need for the consistency you likesalt and pepper to taste (optional -- I usually leave it out)
Directions
Mix it all together and pour it on salad. Makes about 1/2 cup dressing.
