Ingredients
1 Stick Butter2 C Sugar3 Eggs (seperated)2 tsp vanilla4 C Flour1 tsp Cream of Tartar or Bakewell Cream1/2 tsp each Baking soda & salt1 C milk3 C Blueberries3 beaten egg whites (fold in last.
Directions
Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla together. Add Milk & flour (alternating) til well blended. Fold in blueberries and egg whites (by hand). Pour into greased & floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
