Walnut Meatballs

Ingredients
1 onion4 Tbsp. water2 Tbsp. fresh parsley2 tsp. chicken like seasonings2 cloves garlic1 1/2 C crushed saltines1 C walnuts, finely chopped1 C rolled oats1 pkg. (7 oz) of xf Tofu
Directions
Puree water and onion until smooth. Pour into large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mixing well until mixture holds together. Grease hands. Shape mixture into 1 " balls. Bake for 30 minutes at 375. Serve.
