2 cans black beans1 green or yellow bell pepper chopped2 green onions, chopped1 pt. grape tomatoes, cut in half3 Tbsp+ cilantro, choppedDressing:3 Tbsp fresh lemon (I use lime) juice3/4 tsp cumin1 Tbsp olive oilSalt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Mix the vegetables and beans. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix into vegetables.
