Low-Cal Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Medium Potatoes (Russet Premium)1 1/2 Tbsp Land-o-lakes Butter w/ Canola Oil1/4 Cup Skim Milk (I prefer to call it a "splash")1/2 Tbsp Salt
Directions
Fill a deep pot halfway with water. Set to medium high heat. Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into approximately 2 inch cubes. Boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Pour pot into drainer in sink. Put potatoes back into pot after drained. Mix milk, salt and butter to potatoes. Mash potatoes until creamy (unless you like them a little lumpy). Taste, add more milk, salt, or butter if desired. ENJOY!
