Ingredients
2 cups cooked bulgur1 large egg, scrambled1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed1/2 cup onions, diced1/2 cup carrots, chopped1 T Low sodium soy sauce2 t oil (sesame, peanut, or canola)
Directions
Heat Oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and carrots and sauté until tender. Add egg and cook until firm, mixing constantly. Add peas, bulgur and soy sauce. sauté until heated through.
