Turnatos Veggie Browns

Ingredients
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs White potatoes, 1.5 cup Turnips, 3 small Yellow squash, 2 small Onions, raw, 0.5 large Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1.5 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Marjoram, dried, 0.25 tsp Onion powder, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Cumin, 0.25 tsp Paprika, 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper 0.125 tsp
Directions
Finely chop potatoes, turnips, yellow squash and onions in a food processor. Stir in olive oil and spices. Saute' on medium-low heat in a skillet spayed with vegetable cookinf spray, using a spatula to periodically scrape browned veggies from the surface of the pan, 20-25 minutes.
