See ingredients list and add spices: 3/4 tsp ea: paprika, red , garam, cumin, coriander powder, tumeric.pepper and sugar are to taste, as is the red chili hot powder1/2 cup water, to the consistency wanted.
cook chopped onion till yellowy brown. add minced garlic and minced ginger, cook for minute on low. add the powdered spices. cook fast till fragrant. add the water and puree and ketchup and peas. cook 5 minutes on low/med. add 1 cup of regular whipping cream, cook on medium or so for about 5 minutes.
