Fettucini with scallops

Ingredients
Saute scallops 2 minutes, remove & set aside. Same skillet, saute onions, garlic, peeled, seeded 7 diced tomatoes & pepper for 1-2 minutes. Add wine & cook over low heat 2-3 minutes. Combine cornstarch & yogure; add to skillet. Stir in artichoke hearts & chopped fresh basil leaves. Return scallops to skilled & cook 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened & scallops are cooked. Serve 1/2 cup fettucini topped with scallop mixture & sprinkle each serving with 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese,
