Raw Dill Dip

Ingredients
1.5 cups nuts (cashew, macadamia, or combo)soak them for a creamier dressing (1-2 hr is fine, then drain)1-1.5 cups water depending if you want a dip or a dressing3 T lemon juice (juice from half a lemon)1/3 cup cider vindegar1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (could substitute other oils)2 cloves garlic1 t garlic powder3 t onion powder1 t dill, dried1 t sea salt1/2 t basil, driedadd to after it's done:1/4 cup finely minced parsleyanother 1/2 t dill
Directions
Vitamix blend all ingredients till creamy and smooth except the last 2, then once blended, stir in the last 2 ingredients. This is for looks only and if you like, just throw it all in together, I do. Thickens in fridge some, so if you want it to be a dressing add more water while it's still in the blender.

Makes 3 cups total. Serving Size 2 TB. 24 servings.
