Ingredients
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese grated1/4 cup bread crumbs2 tbsp Flax seed meal2 tbsp of flour8 tsp of grey poupon dijon mustard
Directions
mix all dry ingredients together set aside. Spread a tsp of mustard on each side of the meat and coat with dry mixture. Make sure you spray your pan with non-stick spray. bake for 45 min or until done.

    I used this recipe even though it doesn't say how much meat. - 1/22/19

    instruction are incorrect states mix all ingredients together when in fact you only mix the first 4 ingredients as you spread the mustard on the meat before dipping in breading. plus it does not state the type of meat and how much meat. so in fact you are having 4 servings of breading. - 2/11/18
