Ingredients
Directions
Ripe avocadocherry tomatoesonions of any sort1/8 tsp of salta squeeze of 1/4 lemonsome sort of cracker to put the salsa on - I chose melba toast
-makes about 2.5 cups - I actually used this as a meal replacement because I can't leave the bowl empty!
- be sure to buy your avocado in plenty of time so that it's really ripe and you can pull the skin off easily to cut out the pit and mash it
- I chose cherry tomatoes because it's really easy to dice them into small pieces
- Dice the onion really small
- Make sure you take out an lemon seeds before giving a squeeze
- add the salt at the end...I know that we get alot of sodium in our diets, and you can leave it out if you want to, but it really balances the tartness of the lemon and finishes off the flavour
- you can eat it right away or let it sit in the fridge over night
