Garlic powder, to tastePepper, black, to tasteSalt, to taseGreen Pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper Chopped Raw, 2 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper, to taste Egg Beaters 100% liquid egg white, 1/4 cOnion (80gm) chopped raw onion, 2 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1.00 tsp Provolone, Sarento Reduce Fat Cheese (1 slice), 1.00 serving Thomas' Hearty Grains Whole Wheat English Muffin, 1.00 serving Pam olive oil cooking spray
spray a non stick small pan with cooking spray.
add onions and peppers to the pan. saute over medium heat unti soft.in a bowl mix egg whites, salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning and crushed red pepper until well blended. reduce the heat of the pan to low medium to prevent burning.add egg mixture to pan you can add more cooking spray if needed.when the egg starts to set and and becomes dry at edges add the cheese and fold in half, flip and serve on english muffin.
