Beet Greens cakes

Ingredients
12 fresh beet leaves2 fresh eggs4 Tbsp wheat flour3 Tbsp dry wheat bran garlic powder salt
Directions
Chop finely beet leaves, add eggs, flour, bran. Mix. Add garlic powder and salt. Heat the pan with 0.5 tsp olive oil and put with Tbsp our mix on it (like little cutlets). Bake for 2 min from 1 side, than turn over, add 3 tbsp of water, make T slow , cover and stew for 5-6 min. In the end open and allow to water to be boiled out. The end )
