Zucchini, 4 cup, Peeled and shreddedVegetable Oil, 1 cupMayonnaise, regular .25 cup Sour Cream .25 cup Salt, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Dry Poppy seed, 6 tbspSplenda 1 cupStir wellSift following:Hodgson Mill Soy Flour, 1.5 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cupBaking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tspOat meal, .5 cup Hodgson Mill Cracked Wheat Hot Cereal, 1/4 c dry
Directions
Mix wet ingreadieants well
Sift Dry ingrdients and stir into wet
Spoon into Well Gease and Floured Cake Pans
350 degrees 60 minutes
Refrigerate to keep Freezes well
