Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground turkey1 onion chopped (one cup)1 tablespoon olive oil1 bottle chili sauce2 tablespoons pickle relish2 tablespoons mustard of your choosing1 tablespoon Worcesetershire sauce
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan, add onion cook till soft, add turkey brown until all pink is gone, add worcesetershire sauce, chili sauce, pickle relish, mustard. Stir together add aditional water if needed to simmer. Simmer 20 minutes and serve on rolls topped with a bit of cheddar cheese shredded. Makes 3 1/2 cups of mixture I used 1/4 cup for sandwich
