1.5 cups jicama, shredded1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro1/4 cup green onion, sliced1/4 cup sliced red onion2 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Add as topping on burgers, grilled chicken, even hot dogs.
