Asian Braised Red Cabbage

Ingredients
1/8 cup olive oil12 ounces thinly sliced red cabbage3 minced garlic cloves1/2 red pepper, sliced1 onion, sliced1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1 teaspoon soy sauce1/2-1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger1/2 cup mirin, sweet cooking seasoningGARNISH1/2 teaspoon sesame seed1 scallion, sliced
Directions
1 Heat oil add cabbage garlic, pepper, onion, stir fry 5 minutes.
2 Add rest of ingredients and cook a couple more minutes.
3 Garnish with seeds and scallions.
