Classic Coleslaw

Ingredients
8 cups shredded cabbage1/2 cup shredded red cabbage1/2 cup shredded carrot4 green onions, chopped3/4 cup mayonnaise2 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp white wine vinegar2 tbsp sugar or honey
Directions
Toss veg in a large bowl. Mix mayo with vinegars and sugar until smooth, pour over veg. Toss until coated.

Tastes better if you let it sit for a couple hours before eating. Serves 8.
