CrockPot Chicken Stew

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast 5 medium sized red potatoes,4 chicken boullion cubes1 1/2 cups chopped carrotsA wedge of onion finely chopped6-8 cups of waterGarlic powder and Krazy Mixed-Up Pepper to taste
Heat a cup of water and dissolve boullion cubes in it.
Chop red potatoes and carrots into bite-size chunks and place in (standard size) Crock Pot. Add boullion water to Crock Pot.
Chop chicken into small chunks and place in Crock Pot. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and krazy pepper (or fresh ground pepper).
Add 7 or 8 more cups of water to fill Crock Pot almost to the top. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Makes 8 good size portions.
