Peanut Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
2 c. cooked whole wheat pasta.5 T oil2T Peanut Butter1T ginger1t Red Pepper Flakes3T Hot Water1 garlic clove1T Light Soy Sauce1T Balsamic Vinegar1T Sesame Seeds
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to directions. Combine all other ingredients save seeds, mix until peanut butter is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Add sauce to pasta and sprinkle with seeds.

Makes two 1-cup servings.
