Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/4 Cup Sugar1-1/2 Cups Old Fashion Rolled Oats1/2 Cup Steel Cut Oats1/4 Cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut (Optional)1 Cup Crispy Brown Rice (or Rice Krispies)1/2 Cup Fiber One Cereal1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Allspice1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries1/4 Cup Dried Blueberries (or Dark Chocolate Chips)1/3 Cup Coarsely Chopped Walnuts (or Pecans)2 Tbsp Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)1 Egg, beaten (or Egg Beaters)1/4 Cup Honey1/4 Cup Maple Syrup2 Tbsp Skim Nonfat Milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients and press onto a large cookie sheets sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 18-23 minutes. Immediately cut into 20 rectangles from oven then allow to cool. Store in airtight container or ziploc bag in refrigerator.

The original recipe is from a friend and I modified it to suit my taste. The origins of this recipe is unknown. I wish I knew who to thank. It's one of my favorites.
