Gluten Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
4.5 cups oatmeal1 cup sugar1/2 cup packed brown sugar3 whole eggs1/2 bag of chocolate chips 1 cup raisins3 tsp vanilla extract 1.5 tsp salt
Directions
mix all wet ingredients untill well combined. in a seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Combine and let rest in reridgerator for 20 mins. Form into small 2in balls and press down onto parchement paper cook for 12-15 min until the edges are golden brown makes 30-36 cookies

    What temp do you recommend? The first batch was a little too dry when I baked it at 350, so I lowered the second batch to 325 and they were less crunchy/dry. Since I didn't have parchment paper, I used non-stick spray. I definately will make these again!
