1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup Yogurt, Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free1 medium banana4 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ1/2 cup Bear Naked Fit Vanilla Almond Crunch1 serving (140 grams) Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries140 grams Dole Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Directions
Add soy milk and yogurt to blender first so everything blends well. Add other ingredients and blend to desired consistancy.
