Ingredients
Directions
This makes a lot of pasta, so there will be plenty of leftovers!2 cans cut green beans3 tomatoes, cut into chunks2 boneless, skinless, chicken breast (cooked and cubed)1 can/jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce1 box of your favorite spaghetti<1 Tbs of Olive oilGarlic Powder (or smashed/cut cloves, depending on preferences)Italian Seasoning
First, prep your ingredients:
-Cut up your tomatoes into chucks about 1/2-1 in square
-Open your cans of green beans and sauce
-Make sure your chicken is cooked, and cube it up into small pieces
Pasta:
Cook as directed on box (boil water, add uncooked pasta, cook until it reaches preferred texture)
Sauce:
-Put your olive oil into a sauce pan
-Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning
-Add tomatoes (and fresh garlic, if you choose to do so) and cook until tender (the skin should start to come off on its own)
-Add green beans, sauce, and chicken
-Stir to combine and keep it from popping!
When the pasta is ready and the sauce is hot, serve and enjoy! The nutritional information is based on splitting this recipe into four equal portions (and they are not small portions!)
*If you want to cut down on the sodium, try using fresh green beans instead of canned green beans, and a lower sodium sauce. These two things are responsible for 90%+ of the sodium content.
