Turkey Meatballs, Italian Style

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. ground white meat turkey1 pkg. (5 links) hot Italian turkey sausage1 egg2 T. tomato paste (heaping)1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated1/2 c. steel cut oats3/4 c. chicken stock1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley1 T. oregano1/2 c. chopped fresh basil3 large cloves garlic, minced1 med. onion, chopped
Directions
Makes approx. 48 -1 inch meatballs. Serving size is 4 meatballs.

In large mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients except the ground turkey and turkey sausage. Add the ground meat and turkey sausage last and mix lightly just until combined.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and form meatballs into approx. 1 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet and cook until done (approx. 20-30 minutes) in a 375 degree oven.
