Easy, Buttery, yet Spicy Whiting Fillets

Directions
Lemon Juice-3 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning, 1/2 tsp hot tap water-3 tbsp. Whiting Fillets-18 oz Butter Buds-1 packet dry mix
Mix lemon juice, water, and butter buds. Microwave one minute and mix.
Arrange fillets in bottom of pan with skin facing down.
Pour lemon juice mixture over fillets.
Sprinkle fillets with Old Bay seasoning.
Cover pan.
Cook for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
