Missy's Crockpot Chicken & Vegetables

2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1 can diced tomatoes2 pounds chicken breast3 cups frozen corn9 cups frozen potato/broccoli/carrot/red pepper blend3 cups watersalt to tastegarlic powder to tasteparsley to tastecayenne pepper to taste
Place mixed veggies in crockpot.
Season chicken with salt, garlic powder and parsley. Place over vegetables.
Whisk together tomatoes, soup, and water. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for six to eight hours.
Remove chicken, dice into bitesized pieces, and mix back into vegetables.
Yields 13 1-cup servings.
