Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)Cider Vinegar, .25 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
Use half a head of cabbage and cut length wise into slivers, do the same for the tomatoes. Mix other ingredients add to cabbage and tomatoes. Other veggies that can be added are cucumbers, onion, cooked green beans, cooked chayote.
