Blackberry sorbet

Ingredients
* Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Blackberries, fresh, 3 cup
Directions
melt the sugar in the water until there are NO granules. Pour over blackberries. Food process, mash with a otato masher, do what ever to mixit all up really really well.

Place in freezer and whip with a whisk every 20 minutes/1/2 hour until it's a frozeny treat! (couple hours usually)
