Easy Chicken in red sauce (Cacciatore)

1 lb Chicken Breasts cut up into pieces2 tbs italian seasoning herbs2 tbs olive oil2 Celery, chopped1 Onion chopped2 Carrots chopped O Organics tomato basil pasta sauce, 3 cups (one jar)Fresh basil.
chop the chicken into pieces and sprinkel liberaly with the italian seasoning. Salt & pepper to taste.
In a large skillet, heat oil on Med High. Add chicken and saute until done. Remove from pan and add the celery, carrots & onion. Cook until soft. Return the chicken to the pan and add the pasta sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add fresh basil. Serve over spegetti noodles.
