Steak & Mango Thai Sweet Chili Salad

1 pkg PC Brand Thai Rice Stick Noodles1 mango, thinly sliced1 red pepper (or yellow) thinly sliced3 stalks of green onion sliced diagonally13 oz flank steak1/2 c PC Memories of Thailand Fiery Chili Pepper SauceJuice of one lime cilantromint1/2 cup crushed peanuts (optional)
1. Preheat BBQ
2. Empty Rice Noodles into a large bowl and cover with boiling water, let sit according to package directions until cooked. Rinse in cold water
3. Mix noodles with PC Memories of Thailand Chili Sauce, and juice of one lime and refridgerate until steak is done cooking.
4. BBQ steak till medium/medium rare, let sit for 5 minutes after removing from BBQ.
5. Mix Mango, peppers, green onion
(and peanuts if using) into salad. Add cilantro and mint to taste. Slice Flank steak and mix into salad.
Serve :)
