Oaty Banana Muffins

Ingredients
5 ripe bananas1 cup flour1/2 cup oats1/4 cup butter or marg1 egg1/2 cup sweetener (or the equiv of 1/2 c sugar)1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then add the margarine, egg, sweetener and vanilla and mix well. In a smaller bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Mix the flour mixture into the banana mixture, and stir well, then divide into lined muffin pan. Bake for 30 min in a 350F oven.
