Tina's Famous Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

1.5 cups Jiff Peanut Butter1 cup salted butter1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts4 cups confectioners sugar1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs1 package chocolate almond bark
In a large sauce pan or dutch oven, melt peanut butter and butter and stir together well. Remove from heat immediately. Stir in finely chopped peanuts and vanilla. Add 2 cups of the confectioners sugar and blend well using a sturdy wooden spoon. Add graham cracker crumbs and blend well. Add remaining confectioners sugar and blend well.
Roll into 1 inch ball and set on wax paper. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Heat almond bark to melting, according to package directions.
Dip each room-temperature ball into the chocolate almond bark and replace on wax paper to harden.
Makes approximately 6 dozen treats.
