2 medium carrots, chunked2 medium red potatoes, quartered1/3 cup fresh green beans1/2 onion, quartered1 tbsp butter1/2 tsp sea saltdash of black pepper
Directions
Layer vegetable in steamer basket in order given
Cover and steam until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes
Remove and toss with butter, salt and pepper
