Ingredients
# Pork loin (chops), 9 oz #*brown sugar light, 6 tsp # *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp # Curry powder, 1 tbsp # Salt, .5 tsp # Pepper, black, 1 dash # Motts for Tots apple juice, 4 oz # Onions, raw, 284 grams
Directions
place onion in the bottom of the pot, mix all remaining dry ingredients together in a bowl, rub on to the pork chops, place chops on top of the onions, pore apple juice over top.
