Ingredients
Joe's Great Gouilash Sauce, 12 oz *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz browned & drained of fatOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Chopped Garlic, 1 tbspWater, tap, 2 cupsBlack Soy Beans Eden Organic, 1.5 cup Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Cumin 1 tbsp
Directions
Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Drain off fat & add to a medium sized pot. Add all other ingredients & bring to a boil. Turn down heat & simmer for a couple of hours.

Great to top with shredded cheese &/or a dollop of sour cream!!
