Stove Top Stuffing Quiche

Ingredients
8 eggs beaten with 3 cups milk2 pks stove top stuffing mix6 cups chopped kale or broccoli, steamed6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled or 1/2 cup ham diced1/2 cup minced green or white onionsalt, pepper and nutmeg to taste2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray.
Pour stuffing into pan and pat down, top with onion, ham or bacon and kale or broccoli. Any vegetables or meats can be used, be creative.
Pour beaten eggs and milk over casserole, sprinkle with seasonings and then top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes until browned and firm. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Can also be made and cut into small squares for appetizer portions.
